Naureen has extensive international law, policy, immigration, human rights, national security, and information technology experience within the Federal Government. She has served the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for over a decade, and currently serves as the Special Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer of the Chief Information Officer.
Naureen’s previous leadership in the private sector as Vice President of Emerging Technologies, focused on multimodal biometrics blockchain technology and identity data management systems.
She received a law degree and LLM, specializing in International Business Transactions & Post-Conflict Humanitarian Law at Oxford University. Naureen is licensed to practice law in the States of Maryland and Virginia and holds a top-secret clearance in the Federal Government.
